Thank you all for your response about Basil.

I contacted http://www.k9-carts.com/ and they seemed so helpful. They are
allowing me to rent-to-own the cart (but of course, since it is a weekly
rental fee), I will own the cart in no time.

Now, I started receiving all sorts of good referrals to
http://www.handicappedpets.com/ Now I am wondering whether I should not go
with K9-carts.

Can anybody tell me anything good or bad about k9-carts?
