[Dailydrool] Lucy

Lucy has been at the vet now since 12/30.  She was admitted due to excessive vomiting and had stopped eating.  Initially, we thought that she was grieving the loss of her brother Basil on 12/5.  At this point, the doctor believes that she has either a severe ulcer or an ulcer with stomach cancer.  We are going to pick her up tomorrow and will most likely consult a specialist.  Our current doctor has said that if it is cancer, there is probably nothing they can do at this point. She was a highly energetic food loving hound before this nightmare began and we are completely shocked - we can't possibly lose both of our kids within a month can we?  Please send some drool Lucy's way, this has all been too much and our hearts are breaking.
