Hi Janine 
What is Porkchop (awesome name) being treated with for the Cushing's?  The peeing should decrease with the treatment.  Did you start the meds in April?  I would say pee pee pads sound like your best option.  Or you could try putting the crate in your room and see if she sleeps fine in there as long as she is near you guys if that's what she is used to.  Good Luck
