Did you mean does anyone out there think there *isn't* a difference between
the two?

Its kind of an odd question ... breeders are *one* cause of additional
animals on the earth, where as rescues generally work to move the extra
animals into "forever" homes.  Its not to say that breeders don't try to
home their animals, but for some **FOR SOME** their concern over having an
animal placed in a home lasts all of 10 seconds, or 7 days, however long it
takes the check to clear.

Better questions would be the difference between reputable breeders and
backyard breeders.  Differences between rescue groups .. breed specific, all
breed, and the big guys "HSUS" and the like..
