I would be interested in someone could shed some light. Are there

shortages of all dogs in places like Hawaii and Alaska or even Canada..

We see a lot more rescues (not just bassets) sending dogs across to

Canada.. and this adopter claims there are few pure breds in Hawaii,,

anyone know any different>
