Okay so first I read the story about people stealing dogs from a rescue and I think what kind of person would do this!?  

Then I click on the link to find that the person who runs the doggie day care LIED about the whole story and I guess cut herself to make it look like they were robbed.  

So now I say again "What kind of person would do this?!"
