Yes Miss Becky knew a guy she
liked and one day he came along out of town in truck. He got out and it took her two minutes to remember him. And the howling happy bark.
And in Ontario our most loyal dog in the world a beagle collie cross  remembered my son when he got in a tiff and went back from Calgary for a week - Sleepy ignored him at first but three minutes later she bounced onto his lap. That was the cost of my move which was only thing to do.
Indeed they do remember.
