[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

We are voting for the rescue most likely to get some money. Since
Western Missouri Basset Rescue is the only one in the contention
in their state, I hope everyone continues to vote for them. 
We put that rescue from nowhere to 3rd in Missouri. They dropped
to 4th while we were voting for other weekly rescues, but we should
be able to push them up to number ONE. They aren't that far back,
and the others have weeks and weeks of votes.
Please don't give up on this !  Please remember to vote!
