[Dailydrool] Pacific Basset Feet

As a Santa Barbara gal, Twinkletoes would also like to lend her considerable
ocean-visiting experience to the Pacific Basset Feet.  Unfortunately, her
skills are somewhat limited, so I think she'd be best assigned to the Poop
Deck, perhaps as First Officer of Poop (otherwise known as "FOP")?
