[Dailydrool] Resolution of how to handle Pacific Basset Feet submissions

Aloha all. Below are the guidelines set up for chatter about the Pacific Basset

On another note, my Issue 8 of the Drool looked like one line of Russian

Hi Brenda,
  The resolution was that "applications" to join the Pacific Basset Feet should 
be sent directly to Val Brewer's e-mail vlbzwick at Yahoo.com (She is slave of Bo, 
Commander in Chief of the Pacific Basset Feet), Val collects all the information 
and forwards the list to Michael Moore, who classifies the data into nay-vy talk 
and enters the info on a spreadsheet, which is posted daily at 
http://www.pacificbassetfeet.net/  Check out the website. Photos are also posted 
on the Pacific Basset Feet website (rather than submitted to the Drool).
  However, banter about the Feet is still allowed on the Drool under the regular 
guidelines (no excessive capitolizing or underlining, reasonable length 
entries).
