[Dailydrool] Tufts!

Morse is shedding like mad at the moment, but he always has what I can only describe as 'tufts' in his fur. They are little fluffy pieces of fur that begin to stick out, and when you give them a little pull they come straight out in a tuft!  Do all bassets have this?
