I looked into the company that manufactures this and it doesn't look that well established.  The nice thing about companies like Merial (make Frontline) and Bayer (make Advantage, Advantix, etc) is they back their products.  Although it doesn't mean that there won't be reactions one would hope there would be less of them.  Hope everyone is doing well soon!
