Dear departed Maggie Lou ate my hearing aids that I had left on the 
bedside table twice.

Only a very kind audiologist kept me from putting out big money.  I 
had the insurance and they happened about a year apart.

I think she had a thing about ear wax as she would retrieve Q-tips I 
used to clean my ears from the trash.

She liked chocolate, too.
