[Dailydrool] Bassets coughing up living snacks

Had to  laugh (sorry, Melissa) when I read about Thelma-Lu throwing up the 
live,  still-wiggling worm.
 
It reminded me of a classic Drool story -- are you still  out there, 
long-suffering basset Mom who originally wrote about this?  I  can't do it 
justice, but I remember that Mom let basset boy in after he'd been  cruising his 
yard, they cuddled and smooched on the couch, then he suddenly  belched, and 
out jumped a live frog.
