[Dailydrool] Dogs in hot cars

Didn't someone on the Drool post a true story last year (?) of dogs left in
the car with air-conditioning running, and the fuse went out (or something
electrical like that) so instead of cold air blowing, it was hot air, and
all dogs died.  Really tragic.
