[Dailydrool] Raw skin

I think this is mainly a cosmetic concern, but does anyone know how to treat an area where the hair has rubbed off and those red skin tag type projections show up.  I don't think Higgins is bothered by it, but I would just as soon have it all go away.  I don't even know what his chest is rubbing on, but he has a small spot that is definitely showing wear.
