[Dailydrool] Behind on my Drools, Trixe and the DD Calendar

First I want to thank everyone for all the Drool that's been coming our way for Trixie - both here and on Facebook...I can't say this enough...Droolers are wonderful people.  The stess of having a dog and husband battling the same disease is unbelievable, but your kind words, drool and thoughts are so appreciated - I can't even express them in words...all I can say is Thank you...

Trixie had a booster shot of cortizone as a last effort to see if she would go back to some sort of remission...We are now waiting for the 24 hour mark to pass - it's been 12 and I know in my heart it's time for even though it seems she might be a bit more interested in food and even took a 1/2 of a Beggin Strip from hubby this am she hasn't eaten anything since.  I am at peace with helping her to Rainbow Bridge because I know that she will be welcomed with open arms and a buffet of food fit for a Queen.  My hubby however isn't quite as at peace with it - I am sure it has to do with his own health and his own mortality.  I am overwhelmed some days just thinking about all of it.

On a whole other subject - I made the deadline for paying for my DD calendar date, however with all that has been happening I totally don't remember sending a picture and for some reason I am thinking today is the deadline to get one to the proper people...I promise I will try an upload one tonight - will it let me if I already did it?  Sorry again my head has been swimming of late.
