[Dailydrool] Bone Marrow question

I have read here and on other sites that if you are giving your hounds bone, bone marrow bones should be the ones to give. Well up until today I saw no marrow bones at the market and bought some but now I don't know how to give it to them. 
 
Do I cook the bone marrow? Do I feed it raw (I don't think Speedy will eat it raw) What is the recommendation for the people that feed the bone marrows?
