[Dailydrool] Question

I have a 15-1/2 yr. old dalmation and a 2-1/2 year old basset.  Both  are 
female and spayed.  All of a sudden the other day the female basset has  
wanted to hump the female dalmation and that is just weird to me.,  Can you  
tell me why she might want to do this?  It just blows my mind.  Thank  you for 
any answers in advance.  Drool to all in need.
