[Dailydrool] Buford and the monster June Bug

I had to laugh when I read Lisa's post about Romeo and the roach! It brought 
back memories of my Dear "Low Rider's Buford Bulldozer" (ATB) One day I 
looked out to see him "fencing" with the most gigantic June Bug I had ever 
seen. Buford would go in for the sniff and the thing would snap at him with 
it's giant pinchers! This kept repeating untill it just barely touched 
Buford's nose .... then he came running to the human for reenforcements!!! 
(actually he was behind me peeking around hoping I would save him) Buford 
was very tender, always approaching everyone with love , tail wags and 
slurpy kisses. His feelings could be shattered by even a loud word and he 
would roll those big brown eyes and look back at you hoping for a cuddle. 
Thanks Lisa, for bringing back this memory and sharing Romeo's adventure! I 
bet you were mortified seeing that roach IN ROMEO'S MOUTH!!!!!!!
