[Dailydrool] Help for allergies?

Hi all!I just happen to meet a lady in Grande Cache named Cindy Mercier who has a basset with serious rash issues.  Almost to the point that she scratches till she bleeds.  Poor thing!The vet put the basset on a round of antibiotics and she is now on hyper-allergenic food.  The vet, however, has pretty much given up and now Cindy is desperately looking for help as she hates to see her dog suffer.Does anyone have advice?
