[Dailydrool] bath soap for dry skin

when i brush gus, i have lately noticed a dandruff-like substance rising to the surface, so i'm assuming it's dry skin.  what is the best bath soap for that?  i'm new to this and will fall for any king of hype, which is why i only trust you guys.
