[Dailydrool] Molly and Jack the BiCoastal Bassets

Ahroooooooooooos to everybody
 
Healing drool to all in need 2 and 4 legged alike.  
 
Molly is doing fine.  I have ordered her an Expedition Pet Stroller, good up to 150 pounds a bit of an over kill, but i ordered it for low entry platform, no lifting, and comfy size.
 
Jack is as his usual cantancerous old self and getting worse with age.  I have had him 8 years now, and he was estimated at 5 when I adopted him.  
 
Molly and I will be attending the Breakfast with Bassets in the Binhamtom Location here in NY on the 15 put on by ABC.  It will be our first debut in the NY rescue world.  Been a tad busy with work and stuff.  Jack has to stay home, Muzzles aren't good for them to wear more than 30 minutes, and since I never know when he will pounce on another dog or human, it's safer for him at home.  Walks in the neighborhood and car rides are one thing, but 4 hours in public, been there done that and he is a handful and a liability.  I love him dearly, but----------.  So please don't be mad at me for leaving him home.  I am sure you all understand that a dog who was abused will have issues pop up at the least convenient time..  He is as good as he will ever be and thats far better than when I first brought him home.  He likes the ladies, at least most of them, but not the men folk.  And sometimes other dogs set him off.
 
And I am hoping to attend the ABC Waddle in Chittneango NY with the Wizard of Oz theme going on.  How fun it all sounds.
 
And with the Stroller, I don't have to worry about Molly and her front legs giving out, or cutting the pads up because her front feet tip up, or her back hurting from too much walking.  What an idea strollers for not just little dogs but big dogs too.  Too Cool.
