I did the same...

checked every few minutes, until the link we there... i just figured it was
because of traffic on the site.....

turned out my first date was taken... i had many backup dates, my second
choice was available... even if all my prefered dates were gone.. i would
have taken anything.. if all gone.... be happy i got my calenders orders...
