[Dailydrool] Ms. Beasley's Escape

Hey everybody, I had a 'venture today!  I escaped!  Oh Mama was shoutin' for
me...the old bag was standing on the deck callin' me but the smells the
sights the cat poop was just too appealin' fer me so I took me a walk!
Then  all of a sudden there was my friend John with my leash and I said WOOF
and rolled over for a belly rub.  My friend John took me back home to Mama
who was a shakin' and cryin'...crazy old woman, I was gonna come back, when
I wanted to!

Mama here, it seems that the wire lead broke.  I had just let Ms Beasley out
about 2-3 minutes earlier. I looked out and noticed she was much farther
away from the house than usual.  I looked at the lead and saw it broken on
the driveway.  I started to call her, then went back in the house for my
cart and cell phone.  I called my neighbor who mows my lawn and who Ms
Beasley adores and he came right over,  I had walked down the ramp and was
headed for the backyard when he came.  I could see she was about three
houses down, just taking her time smelling and occasionally squatting to
pee.  John called her and she barked at him, ran to him and rolled over.
She came back to me, wagging her tail, I didn't get mad or yell at her.  I
praised her for being a good girl and so did John.  Now Mama has to get her
blood pressure to go back down and relax.  Right now Ms Beasley is snoring
and I am calming down.
