Dear Truman,
I never did meet you, but I read that you went to the Rainbow Bridge, away from your people.  I am very sad for them.  My name is Truman, too.  I just got to my forever home 5 months ago. I know my people would miss me, right Mom?
Someday you will meet your family again.  You can snuggle and lick their faces.  I know that's what I like to do!
ps: I went to doggie daycare today for the first time and made 1 friend. Besides Roland.
