[Dailydrool] Job drool

[Synthia and Hounds]

Hi all! Drool going out to all in need for health, circumstances, or heavy hearts.

Fred went to the vetman today and got a good report. His heart rate is slower now that he is on heart meds and lungs are clear. His mouth has healed well and we got the script to continue the enalapril for his heart. He weighs in at a whopping 43.8 lbs, which is about 4 lbs up from a month ago, so he is doing great there too. Still spitting out the crunchy bits sometimes, but doing reasonably well with the soft to kibble transition.

I just got notified that I've been invited for a job interview in Decatur, GA for a position as a forensic scientist with the GBI. I have to go there, take a test, an interview, polygraph, background check....and there are lots of people going I think, so I could use some drool to help grease the government wheels and aid in getting a hound supporting job. I'll be driving to GA since I need to be in NY the next week and it was crazy to fly back and forth, and pay a rental car in GA. Means the Boyz will go the Daphneyland a little earlier and longer than expected, and we will miss the SoCal picnic. I was really looking forward to that. I don't know if Dawn will try to bring any of my boyz or not - I'll leave that up to her. Means I won't be doing any costumes or anything though. I'll be studying for a test that I haven't a clue what material is covered.
