[Dailydrool] ZEPHYR WINS CUTEST PET CONTEST

Thanks to everyone who voted for me - ZEPHYR - in the Bergen Health & Life
magazine's CUTEST PET IN BERGEN COUNTY (NJ) contest.  I received THREE TIMES
MORE VOTES than the 1st runner up.  And of all things, the 1st runner up was a
BUNNY named Gypsy!!!!! Unfortunately, I was hoping THAT would be MY prize, but
mom said an emphatic "NO"!!!  But the nice people who ran the contest are
sending me a BIG basket filled with all kinds of goodies.  Mom said I will have
to share with Fred & Marley although Marley is in what Mom calls the "dog house"
because he keeps licking me in places no respectable male dog should be licked
and has been putting some really strange moves on me.  Mom keeps making a
horrible loud screeching noise whenever he does that, but Dad thinks it is
funny.  

 

Oh well.  At least I am the CUTEST PET IN BERGEN COUNTY and NOT THE BUNNY!!!  A
beagle named Jax was 2nd runner up and a malamute named Liberty was 3rd runner

And it even says I was rescued from Tri-State Basset Rescue (good plug) :o)
