[Dailydrool] blind puppy

I can hardly wait to hear more about this sweet baby once she gets home.  I have 
never experienced a blind puppy but when Russell (ATB) left us he was almost 
completely blind (just shadows) from cataracts.   With age and health against him we opted to
not have them removed but he did wonderful.  We made changes in the house for
both him and Ruby Doo (with her bad hips) by building  a the ramp out the back steps
that were 8 ft wide.  We blocked the sides to keep him from falling off.  We keep the
pathways clear.  We also kept night lights in each room.   Ruby Doo was his protector
and angel that kept him safe.  

I am so thrilled for both of you!  You are an angel.  I see a long, loving future, filled with
many wonderful memories.
