[Dailydrool] Help with healing a scratch

Hoping ya'll can offer suggestions on how I can treat a scratch on my Hound 
Harrison's nose that won't heal. It's located on the line where the fur on the 
bridge of his nose starts. His tongue hits the spot every time he licks, which 
has caused it to be bloody and raw. Any suggestions on how I can treat it so 
that it can heal?
