[Dailydrool] Little Rock headed to Albuquerque

After a slow start when i caught my fingers in the door, closing it to leave, and spent almost 4 hrs in the ER getting mu fingertips sewn back on (8 sutures) I was able to head out. Picked up Fred in Louisville yesterday. he is sweet and funny with lots of personality. I think he is deaf but his vision isn't horrible. His corneas are so cloudy I can't tell you if he has cataracts...don't know if drops or medication would help. He sees shapes and movement and gets around well. No depth perception though and has a hard time going down steps or curbs. Loves looking out the window at the action at the truck stops. Hard to type with just my right hand since I am left handed so will tell more about him when my fingers work better. Like about his funny commando crawl to scratch his belly.........

Fred isn't a much of a drooler, at least so far, but I 'm sure Zuma and Kahuna are drooling for all who need it, and maybe a little for Mom's fingers....we are supposed to waddle with Daphneyland on Sunday but not sure I can walk both with my bad hand. We'll see
