[Dailydrool] Fran

Another rescuer has journeyed to the bridge.  Fran Gray died suddenly.  Fran
was a pioneer in basset rescue.  She founded Guardian Angel Basset Rescue
more than 10 years ago.  Fran was very active in GABR until the end.

Fran used to say Heaven won't be Heaven without bassets.

Rest in peace Fran.
