[Dailydrool] ME,myself and 3 pups to the Vet

I took the 3 into the Vet tonight for their 2nd puppy vaccinations.The first time there were 8 youngins,my daughter helped me, I think it was not what she bargained for,so this time it is just me. I tried to organize how I was going to do this---Put the puppies gated on the front porch,get the crate from their enclosure,put the crate door on,get it into the back of the Durango. Fetch one puppy,two puppy ,three puppy,ready to go.Got to the Vet's,get a tech to secure a room,get puppies,except one had pooped in the crate,pulled towels out of crate while getting last pup. Dr.comes into the room Puppies are elated to see another person,she and the tech rough them up a bit,the boy falls in love with the Vet.He sits behind her while she writes in the charts,his head tilted up, his ears are hanging down his back,and he stares at her.(I have said how smart these puppies are) She does not see him behind her so he goes through her legs and sits a bit in front and to the side of her,head tilted back,staring at her. The Vet tech and I are cracking up by now,she looks down and talks to him , ruffles him a bit, then the two girls rush over for the same . They love being handled by people.The boy is 21 lbs at 12 weeks,the two girls 19 lbs. Get home ,somebody has blown chunks in the crate,yuk,here I go again,gate the porch get one puppy ,two puppy,three puppy. Clean out crate, drag it back to their enclosure in the family room. Get towels ,some shampoo,quick wash puppies on porch , tuck in for a nap. Grab quick shower,eat,go play with puppies for 45 min. tuck in for bed.WHEW! I'm done,and how was your day.  PS Sunday the boy leaves for Texas,Midland,Texas. I have one girl I'm keeping and one girl with no one to call her own,she is such a love gets in my lap and rolls on her back for a belly rub and nose kisses.Would not kill me if I had to keep her ,won't do much for my marriage though. Oh well. Such is life.
