[Dailydrool] Petco and Petsmart and Petwhatever

We are lucky to have several very well run pet stores close to us, and only
one or two not-so-well-run ones.  Like many other people have said, it's all
about the Store Manager.  And it's the same for any retail store, you can
tell a lot about the Manager by watching the employees - if they are surly
or could care less, you can bet there's a poor Manager at that store who is
also surly and could care less.  My favorite is the Petsmart up the road a
mile or so, mainly because their prices are cheaper than Petco.  But Petco
has a great cookie bar.
