[Dailydrool] Bloat, PuppyBowl, Skunkd and the Aunties

Bloating; Keep Gas-x on hand at all times.  Anytime my hounds start acting gassy or like they might be trying to bloat I give them one.  Also try the feeders that are specially made to slow a dogs down when eating. This is advice from my vet when I was fretting over the possibility that the boyz (mainly Colt) might bloat.
 

Puppy Bowl: Yes there are 2 beautiful bassets in the Puppy Bowl this year. (one male and one female) They are so cute.  I don't remember their names or what rescue they are from . I went to Animal Planet's Puppy Bowl website and checked them out.  

 

Happy 12th Birthday to Flash!  Stay strong and keep taking care of the momma.  We hope that you got lots of treats and some quality time with her for your special day.

 

Director Ruger woofing in,  As far as a skunks are concerned I would befriend them and try to recruit them in the war against the terrorist squirrels. Elder Clara may be the gas bomb Queen but these guys are the bomb!  Bombs with staying power.  Chemical suits for the hounds might be a good idea also.  As a deterrent Momma uses Critter Ridder, it is a pepper spray or powder that you spray or sprinkle around the boundary of your property or flower beds to keep out the critters.    

 

Dear Auntie Leslie, Colt and I are drooling for a safe surgery and a speedy recover so that you can get back to taken care of those homeless houndies.

 

Dear Auntie Chris, I can't believe that your mean ol'neighbor complained about your hounds.  How Rude to call the cops instead of coming over and talking to you first, to try to work something out.  Bad human! Humph!  Do you want me to send Colt up there to bite here..Ok he would probably lick her to death.  But maybe she would change her mind about the hounds.
