[Dailydrool] The Brown Truck

In reading the DD - there is from time to time a reference to the "brown
truck coming" or brown truck will be arriving.

I went to the lingo that is used on the DD and didn't see any reference to
what is the significance of the brown truck in the lives of bassets.
It no doubt refers to the brown UPS trucks ~ but in what way?
