First of all...thank you for service to our country, which is service to me personally because I'm an American and you protect me, so THANK YOU!  And your husband too!  

 Next, thank you for working diligently with a spectrum of creatures....some probably more than  handful, yes?  I love it!

Lastly, thanks for posting!  I like to hear stories and this first one of yours is a fine one.
