Hi,
  The site did the same thing for me on the Shelter Challenge.
  What I discovered was that after typing in the name of the Shelter (Ozark 
Mountain) and the state (AR), I had to push the button that said "Search".
  This changed the setting on the bottom from Montana to Ozark Mountain. Then I 
could click on vote and the correct center came up. Val
