[Dailydrool] Red throat and sinuses

Western Missouri has a perplexing problem, we got Happy tested for Laryngeal 
Paralysis and he does not seem to have that, but his throat and sinuses are 
beet red the doc has no idea why the other two dogs in the same house do not 
have the same signs so it cannot be environmental. Any suggestions? He is 
coughing and choking when eating and sleeps good unless he is on his side 
then he struggles for air.
