One thing I noticed was the article was full of anecdotes and 
anecdotes are not data.

I read it yesterday and my memory isn't what it used to be - they say 
the mind is the second thing that goes - but I don't believe any 
studies were cited.

There is an old saying that goes, "Sleep with dogs and you will get 
fleas."  I've been sleeping with bassets for thirty years and haven't 
picked up a flea yet.  I've never seen one on Myrtle and she is eight.

I let my angels lick scratches so they will heal faster.  That's 
anecdotal, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
