I think wannabes should be in the calendar with their basset  sibling(s).
 
there was no way that anyone was going to tell my Shadie Babe that she was not a basset. her big sister, Lexis Marie Moose Moose of Umpster taught Shadie Babe how to waddle like a basset, tried to teach her to howl like a basset. if anyone asked what mix shadie was, she would tap your arm and do a little howl like sound. I said, she is a basset in her mind.. and is Lexis Marie's loving baby sister.
 
sending love, hugs, prayers to those in need.. even though I don't post much (still recovering from 2 broken legs and broken left arm), I shed tears, my heart breaks, say prayers with every post of a beloved on their way to a better place.
