It's even better when the floofies are on a collie or a sheltie. Megan, our collie, and Trishy the sheltie, would lie by the couch, for their plucking.  The floofies were a lot easier to pluck on those two since they came out in large tufts.  Never had that experience with Daisy, but Rosie, our bloodhound, is in full molt, like Frank.
