[Dailydrool] Bosley and Counter Surfing

Hi Everybody

First off healing drool to everyone, two legged and four legged that  
need it, we have copious amounts available. While I do not get to  
write often, I do try and read most every digest, but since I cannot  
respond except at home, it makes my time very limited as is. I feel  
for everyone who has lost a beloved hound, while I may not respond,  
you can be assured that positive thoughts and prayers are sent out  
from here.

You all might remember my story about Bosley and the cheeseball a few  
months ago. Well, he stepped up a level in his counter surfing  
tonight. We had just gotten back from having pizza, and brought home  
pizza bones, one of his favorite things. So, we get him out to do his  
potty break, then back in he is searching for more pizza bones. We try  
and keep them limited. So I had put those the refrigerator, but we had  
also brought home a 2 pound container of strawberries, which was a  
good way back on the counter. I'm changing my clothes, and hear a  
thump and the scratch of toe nails on the cabinet, sure enough he had  
scarfed the whole container to the floor and was gobbling them down as  
quick as he could before I got there.  I grabbed a pizza bone, and  
managed to get him to step away and go outside to get the pizza bone,  
but boy, he was really torn.

After getting him out, and tossing out the mangled strawberries, we  
figured the score was Bosley, 1/2 pound, the trash, 1/2 pound, and the  
rest sort of salvageable. Geez.

Of course, he came back in and heads to the scene of the crime,  
looking for his prize....
