[Dailydrool] Looking for advice

My Buster T Frecklefeet was diagnosed with Lymphosarcoma  Stage 2 on  Monday . This is the same Buster I posted a short time ago regarding Psuedomonas in the ears . I found a lump last week in his throat already had an appointment to have an ear ablation done .The Vet decided he was not a candidate for the ablation ,but felt he needed to have the lump checked.So under anethesia he had a sample removed from his ear and from his lymph node. 
Vet states no matter what I choose, nothing is going to heal the ulcers in his ears. As you all I am sure, have been in this difficult situation of making the "right decision", I  am asking this unbelieveably supportive community for advice once again . I have the choice of high doses of Predinisone, which will not be a cure, just a time buyer . the other is chemo ,again no cure for the ulcers but a possiblity of more time. Look forward to hearing your thoughts as I know you have Buster T's best interests at heart . Thank you for all that you do !
