Thundershirts are a two thumbs up at our house! I'm on this loop after getting basset help for writing a children's novel named Dog Daze. Have to chime in on Thundershirts. Our rescue Border Collie goes what could be described as "loco" during thunder, lightening. If he's in the yard, he runs to the center of the yard, spins, and barks his head off. In the house, he paces, leaps at the windows and generally stresses himself. Put on the Thundershirt and he lays quietly. He may walk around a bit, but the difference is amazing. A reasonable price for a priceless help.
