Kimberly,

 

Try disguising the pills.  We use light cream cheese and almost all the
hounds take their meds with no issues.  

I hate trying to use peanut butter, but know that works for some folks.

Or cut up a hotdog and push it into the center...unless they are on a strict
food regimen.
