[Dailydrool] Advance Directives

With all of the sad news lately, it makes one really aware of the importance of making ones wishes known to family and friends and having advance directives in place.  For the benefit of Ohio Droolers, the Ohio Hospice and Palliative Care Organization has a complete packet of advance directive forms available at their website:  www.ohpco.org

It's something we don't like to think about, but it is truly important.  I am sure other states have similar organizations and similar forms.
