On Sunday, 26 June, at 5 PM there is an early music/baroque concert at the
Centenary Methodist Church in Richmond, Virginia. It is followed by a reception at 6:30 PM. The man who is playing to bass fiddle in the orchestra is from central NC and hasn't had a basset for many years. However the large instrument he will be playing has a carved basset head at the top of the instrument which reflects his long lost love of the breed. As he had to leave his wife in the care of others as she had cardiac surgery a week or so ago so he can work to keep food on the table he could should use a basset or bloodhound fix after the concert at the reception. If there are any BROOD folks or other basset/bloodhound owners in the central VA area that can give Mr. Robbie Link a belly rub opportunity, he would very much appreciate it I'm sure. NOTE: dogs won't be allowed inside the for the concert so we don't need any dogs left inside hot cars during the event. so if you're bringing one for the basset fix please arrange for it to arrive

 just before the reception.

Thanx,
