[Dailydrool] shelter challenge

That would really depend on the states, and we don't know what the lead would be until we start. I'd hate to lose everything by splitting votes in states where there are more voters.

If everyone votes morning & night we could designate 1 group in the morning & 1 in the evening or everyone votes 1 group by firefox & another group by internet explorer / safari.
