[Dailydrool] Floofies

I had to laugh when the original post said that pulling out floofies does not hurt. I have pulled them off Jane's hindquarters for years with no problems. But when I tried to do it to Abner, you would think I was pulling them out by the roots. He'd always turn around and look at me with that, "If you don't stop that, I'm going to bite you" look. So I stopped. Usually I tried to do it as he was on his way out of the house, going down the ramp, but even that couldn't last long. I'd get one or two pulled before I'd get the look. Since I did not want to get bitten a fourth time, I always gave in.

Abs always had super-sized floofies, since his fur was so long and thick. I was constantly finding them on the floor. Since he left us, the floors are much less floofy, and I miss it. I'd rather vacuum more often and have Abner--but that was not to be.
